Prom Mural

This was the mural I painted for my highschool prom. It was a collaboration peice with Elizabeth Clark and Samantha Mattison. The theme was starry night.

Moe

The set for 5 Guys Named Moe. Painted for the Depot Theater. I was given a very rough sketch, the rest I had to design myself. I painted the set solo. The show/set travelled around the state for a couple months.

Pippin

These are drops that I painted for the Depot theaters production of Pippin. I work as the scenic charge and propmaster at the Depot Theater during my summer breaks from Pratt. This show was a collaboration with designer Kina Park. Photos by Kina Park.

Without Trees We Suffocate

An illustration for the Print Magazine cover competition. We had to come up with our own campaign that would help solve an international problem. Without trees we suffocate, so stop cutting them all down.

Redwood

I did this for my typography class. The assignment was to illustrate with type. I made a forest out of facts about the redwood trees.

Font Design

This was for my typography class. We had to design our own font.

Viola

A picture of my viola, that i will someday learn to fiddle on. One of my life goals- to become a fiddler in a bluegrass band.

Natural Beauty

I did this for the Love Your Body Campaign, a project to "counter unrealistic beauty standards, gender stereotypes imposed by the media."- www.nowfoundation.org

The North Wind and the Sun

This one was for my illustration class. We chose a story in the public domain and illustrated a phrase from it. I chose the north wind and the sun (Aesops Fables).

A Couple Photos of Utica

This one I took in the park for my communications imaging class. I couldn't get a good angle so I ended up lying on the ground.
I was driving back into town from Saratoga Springs. I was stopped at one of the many red lights in Utica and decided to snap a shot of the sky. Clouds are one of my favorite things to photograph.

Paintings From First Semester

This was my second painting of a still life.

This was the first painting I did in sophomore year. Mostly an experiment with brush strokes and Earth tones.
